Cheesy Stuffed Shells

What You’ll Need:
-1 box (12 ounces) Jumbo Shells
-1 jar Marinara Sauce
-1 container (15 ounces each) ricotta cheese
-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
-1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
-1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
-salt and pepper to taste
How it’s done:
PREHEAT oven to 350 F.
COOK shells according to package directions: drain.
POUR half of your marinara sauce and spread evenly along the bottom of a 15×9 inch baking pan. If you want to snazz up your sauce a bit you can add chopped onion and garlic.
BEAT egg in a large bowl. Stir in ricotta, 1 cup of the mozzarella, 1/2 cup of the parmesan and the parsley.
FILL each cooked shell with ricotta mixture. Place filled shells in baking dish. Top with remaining marinara sauce, mozzarella and parmesan.
BAKE covered with foil until bubbly, about 30 min. Uncover and continue cooking until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
LET stand 5 minutes before serving.
