2011 Chicago Auto Show

The mom and dad at Kidgrade attended the media preview day at the Chicago Auto show. This was a great opportunity for us to visit the auto show without the crowds and visit each and every exhibitor in order to see what the best family friendly vehicles out there are.

 

The first thing that caught my eye this year was the Toyota Swaggerwagon...Yep you heard right, it even says that on the sticker. (not sure what audience they're trying to reach). According to  Urban Dictionary...here is a definition of a swagger mobile: 

"a car or transportation vehicle that is just cool, you instantly know that the person in that car is sophisticated and confident, or that person has swagger"

 

The kids will LOVE the CARS exhibit by State Farm. There is Lightening McQueen and Mater as well as some somestadium seating, video games and a big screen TV to keep the wee ones entertained. You can also enter to win a Garage makeover for yourself!

 

 

 

One of my favorites exhibits was the Airstream one, I have always dreamt of driving Route66 Chicago to LA…One of these would make it possible for the family to travel a little easier.

There are some great cars to see and you can even test drive this year! Bring the kids and make a day of it!
