Vegan Gluten Free Protein Bars

Number of Servings: 28
-2 cups of peanut butter
-1 1/4 cups of honey or agave
-2 1/4 cups of chocolate protein powder (I use Arbonne, its vegan and gluten free)
-2 cups of instant oatmeal
-Warm your honey and peanut butter until soft and easy to stir.
-Add in your Protein powder and mix well.
-Mix in your oatmeal.
-Pour your mix into a 9×13 pan or roll into balls.
-Chill for about an hour. If you didn’t make balls cut your bars and enjoy!
